The National Superintendence of Public Registries (Sunarp) indicated that the departments with the highest increase were: Amazonas, Áncash, and Huánuco. Sunarp reported that last year the purchase and sale registrations grew in 12 regions (Amazonas, Áncash, Arequipa, Huancavelica, Huánuco, Junín, La Libertad, Lima, Madre de Dios, Moquegua, Pasco, and Puno) of the country compared to the year 2018. Nationally, this growth was 2.07%, from 186 090 in 2018 to more than 189,000 in 2019.

Taking into account the growth of 2018 Amazonas, Ánchash and Huanuco have grown exponentially more according to the figures of 2019 being their growth 19.01%, 16.13%, and 15.04% respectively of each department. Amazonas went from having 973 annual registrations to 1158, Áncash went from 3516 to 4083 annually and finally, Huanuco presented an increase from 1003 to 1120 for the year 2019
Following the list of growths, we have Huancavelica which grew by 18.36%, exceeding its previous figure of 207 registrations in 2018 to a total of 245 for 2019. Continuing with the list we have Moquegua that reached the figure of 11.67% of growth with a total of 1003 registrations in 2018 surpassed by 2019 with a total of 1120. Junin then comes with a total of 11.30% growth from 4408 registrations of the sale and purchase of a real estate in 2018 to a total of 4906 for last year. Puno continues with an 11.18% growth from 1494 annual registrations for 2018 to a total of 1661 in 2019. Then they continue with the percentage of growth, the lowest, Madre de Dios (10.68%), Lima (6.31 %), La Libertad (4.10%), Pasco (0.96%) and Arequipa (0.37%).
