The head of the Public Ministry, Zoraida Ávalos Rivero, requested 36 months of impediment to exit from our country for Héctor Becerril Rodríguez, a former member of Popular Force in the previous Congress of the Republic. The request of the prosecutor of the Nation is provided in the framework of the investigation against him for the alleged crimes of improper passive bribery, aggravated influence peddling and criminal organization.
As is known, the request by the prosecution arises from the arguments that it has about the possibility that there is an attempted escape, obstruction of justice and the concealment of property by the former congressman of Fuerza Popular.
It should be noted that since the beginning of this period, the Nation’s prosecutor, Zoraida Ávalos, released the two constitutional complaints against Héctor Becerril, the first was due to the alleged links of the former member of parliament with the criminal organization that is related to the “ Daredevils of Crime ”. The second complaint is based on the alleged influence peddling linked to the Muni de Aucallama.
In this sense, the hearing of investigations against the investigator will be held virtually for the support and / or releases of the tax requirement is scheduled for Monday, August 3 at 9 in the morning. The hearing will be carried out by the Supreme Court of Preparatory Investigation of the Supreme Court.
On the other hand, the former legislator of the Congress of the Republic pointed out to El Comercio that said complaints against him are about ‘hoaxes’ and’ fallacies’, he also added for the aforementioned media: ‘The accusation is that I have interceded so that the works come out in the budget for fiscal year 2017. […] Those two works: the work on Avenida Nacionalismo and Fernando Belaunde Terry do not come out in the 2017 budget as they say, it is false. They leave by resolution of the Ministry of Housing on March 14, 2017, within the Mejorando mi Barrio program.
