The case against the former prosecutor of the Nation Pedro Chavarry would reach the plenary session of parliament in August of this year, as indicated by the head of the Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations of the legislative power, Luis Roel of Popular Action. As previously mentioned by the parliamentarian, today the Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations plans to hold the session to vote to admit or reject the complaint against the supreme prosecutor. In this working group he has only held one session (June 22 according to the newspaper Gestión), where the subject of the complaint to the Supreme Prosecutor Pablo Sánchez was touched upon.
On the other hand, the action of the working group (Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations) raised suspicions in the lampa party, in which an investigation was requested within his own party to investigate an alleged armor against the former prosecutor of the Nation.
