Low-Cost airline Sky Airline has been one of the first in the field that has shown its offers for the opening of domestic flights on July 15. In view of the reactivation of air transport at the inter-provincial level, the Ministry of Transport and Communications has already given the go-ahead for the resumption of activities at the country’s main airports.
As mentioned by the airline, the flights they have considered include the departments of Cusco, Iquitos, Lima, Juliaca, Piura, Pucallpa, and Trujillo. On the other hand, Arequipa and Tarapoto are on hold until the State guarantees and authorizes the flight to these destinations.

In the framework of the health emergency, the considerations to be taken for passengers, the following requirements must be met.
– Wear a mask and face shield from arrival at the airport and throughout the flight.
– You must issue an affidavit regarding your health situation that can be downloaded from the airline’s website.

International flights

Restrictions
It should be noted that on the fringes of the pandemic, many countries have decided to close their doors to countries at risk. The European continent has placed a severe restriction on countries like Peru that have already reached number 5 internationally and are positioned among the least advisable destinations to visit. This restriction applies to all Peruvian citizens, except for European citizens who decide to return to their countries of origin in order to avoid contagion. This was shown by the European Union last June, after the opening of its domestic flights.
